About Our Event Transport Service
Large events require transport logistics that are as carefully planned as the event itself. Mashaer Fleet provides coordinated multi-vehicle transport for exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and corporate events across Saudi Arabia — including Riyadh Season, GITEX, and major business conferences.
We manage everything: vehicle allocation, driver briefings, hotel-to-venue staff shuttles, airport collection for visiting delegates, and real-time coordination on the day through a dedicated account manager. Branded vehicles are also available for promotional campaigns.
For events requiring 5 or more vehicles, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. For major exhibitions during peak seasons, 4–6 weeks is advised.
